SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received. We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives in a perfect condition.
UK DELIVERY

We are currently only delivering to within the United Kingdom at this time.

Some items will require a signature upon arrival, and larger items or orders may be sent via a courier service with different lead times. Standard and Express delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

ORDERING A GIFT?

You can get your order sent to any address, and we can add a gift note inside the parcel too — just let us know at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love everything you receive, but if you would like to return an item(s) then please get in touch. Item(s) need to be returned to us in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.

We can only offer an exchange in the event of an item being faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed.

All returned items will be refunded within 2 working days of us receiving them, minus the cost of the initial postage fee (except in the case of a faulty or damaged item).
​
If you do wish to return an item, contact us first within the 30 days to receive our instructions. It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition.
